MBA alumnus Christos Colios, PMBA 2009, and his partner Hippocrates Apergis will host a 4-hour workshop for ALBA alumni (students are also welcome).
In a rapid changing business environment, business leaders have to guide their organizations through change programs: programs to improve performance and enable innovation. These improvement efforts have had in general little effect on operational or financial results. However, experience shows that organizations which implement changes as projects, and incorporate change in their culture achieve higher than average success rates.
This workshop will present the key aspects of Organizational Change Management. Focus will also be given on Project Management Methodology as described in the PMBOK Guide. A connection will then be established between PM Methodology and Organizational Change by showing how we can apply the PM tools and techniques on major tangible and intangible aspects of change management. Last, by using a relevant case study, the participants will gain hands on experience on the issues presented in this workshop.
Networking breaks will be scheduled throughout the workshop.
