I´m not a typical consultant. Lucky you! Born in 1972, I look back to more than 15 years of leadership and management experience in fast-growing corporate structures. In various positions at well-known brands I've been responsible for marketing and sales during growth periods. As member of the board and other senior management positions, I have built teams and actually enjoyed leading people. Since 2013 I run how-to-OKR.com and specialised on OKRs, because I've used it and I'm convinced that a common approach of leadership and operationalisation within an organisation is one key driver for success and motivated employees.
