The energy markets are under a big digital transformation. Utilities are starting to understand data and to focus more on their customers, by providing personalized products and innovative services. The evolution of Artificial Intelligence will help various energy stakeholders to develop new services and to become smarter and more proactive / automated in the decision making process. The talk will focus on the digital energy market transformation, the key drivers, the innovation potential, how the digital energy future will shape (focusing also in Greece) and will present specific pilot projects from Protergia R&D/Innovation division, with the use of data analytics, digital transformation methods and AI procedures.
