The Michelin starred restaurant Hytra has developed its culinary identity based on the approach and the redefinition of the rich cultural heritage of Greek gastronomy by giving a contemporary expression in execution and the presentation of dishes. Chef Tasos Mantis creates with his menu culinary memories from Greek flavors emerging from traditional recipes, which have been executed in a contemporary way, with modern inspiration and aesthetics.
