The Sub2 team will highlight some of their latest innovations in a series of state-of-the-art workshops. Particular focus of these practical sessions will be on the individual response rather than on the average as illustrated through running economy and bioenergetics, real time performance metrics, wearables, and encapsulated fuel delivery systems (ie next generation sports nutrition). These workshops will involve the testing of elite athletes with input from high level coaching staff. The mission of the Sub2 team is to advocate an alternative approach to successful sporting performance that involves innovation and peak performance without doping.
