Mindfulness is a scientifically proven approach with multiple benefits into psychological, physical, and emotional levels. It has been applied worldwide as a tool, in hundreds of millions of educational institutions since late 90’s.
A support to children and teens to stabilize and maintain focus, managing emotional reactions, the development of social and emotional intelligence, and for finding the best ways of handling stress that unfortunately emerges from early ages.
In this meetup we will discuss the mindfulness approach and application, while learning simple but rather effective ways to practice it at home.
