What do the registration fees include:

  • Invoices should be requested with a VAT Number. The invoicing details and VAT number can only be filled in during the registration process.
    Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your application.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be electronically mailed at olga.kollia@eventure.gr
Cancellation of a registration will be subject to the following conditions:
  • Until Early fee deadline (May 15th, 2025): refund of fee less an administrative charge of 30% of the original fee paid.
  • Until May 15th, 2025: 50% refund of the original fee paid.
