Beyond technology: people, skills and the evolution of legal services
The legal industry is being reshaped by AI, new client expectations and growing pressure to deliver legal services faster, smarter and more effectively. But transformation is about more than technology. It is also about people, skills, new ways of working and the evolution of legal services themselves.
The Legal Transformation Forum brings together legal leaders, innovators and changemakers to explore how the legal sector can respond to this transformation and actively shape what comes next.
On April 15th 2027, in Athens, international thought leaders and leading practitioners will share practical insights, real-world case studies and new approaches across AI, legal technology, legal operations, design and innovation.
Through expert-led discussions and hands-on workshops, the Forum will explore the evolving role of General Counsel and law firms, human-centric AI adoption, the future of legal services, innovation in justice and public services, and practical ways to improve how legal work is designed, delivered and measured.
Designed for in-house legal teams, law firms, legal operations professionals, legal designers and technologists, the Forum is a place to exchange ideas, discover practical tools and connect with the people transforming the legal ecosystem.
Co-organized by Mindre Legal Experience Design (www.mindre.gr) and Sarah Sheehan, Legal Design & Ops Consultant (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarahesheehan/)
