• To accredited journalists, the organizers provide free access and an individual invitation.. Please contact at the email: events@trinityevents.gr, by sending the Journalists’ Union membership ID and your registration will be made through the organizers.
• Until Thursday the 18th of February 2027 at 23:59, registrations will be made exclusively through the Congress’s site platform https://gryachtingcongress.com/eggrafes-2027
• The registration platform will close on Friday the 19th of February 2027, at 00:00. Tickets will be sold also, during the two days of the Congress (25 & 26 February 2027), at the registration desk with LATE BIRD TICKET PRICES.
• In the case of a sold-out earlier than Thursday the 18th of February 2027, there will be an update through the Congress’s social media and registrations will necessarily close.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation of a ticket, the following apply:
• Cancellation until December 31, 2026: Refund of 80% of the ticket cost, after the end of the Congress
• Cancellation from January 1, 2027 onwards: The amount is not refunded under any circumstances.
• All cancellations must be made in writing, to the email events@trinityevents.gr
The entrance of delegates to the venue is controlled by electronic scanning of the QR CODE and non-registered participants will not be allowed to enter. The ticket is non-transferable.
