ACG Community Service Day – Fall Semester 2022

Baking for a good cause!


Let’s celebrate the Christmas spirit by baking goods that will be donated to a local organization.

Loulis Food Ingredients are offering their superb facilities in Keratsini, the necessary ingredients and the guidance of professional pastry chefs in order for us to bake and package sweet treats, which - through the NGO Boroume - will be distributed to youngsters 13-22 years old, with special educational needs, studying at the Laboratory of Special Vocational Education and Training of Piraeus (Εργαστήριο Ειδικής Επαγγελματικής Εκπαιδευσής και Κατάρτισης Πειραιά) .


After the baking process, we will be offered a guided tour at the Loulis Mills museum.


The event is open to all Deree students, faculty, staff and alumni. Transportation from/to ACG is provided for free.

08:45   Meeting at the ACG Main Gate

09:00   Departure with the bus

10:00   Welcome at Louis Mills by Olga Manou (Pierce '80), Corporate Communications & Sustainability Director, Loulis Food     Ingredients

14:00   Return to ACG Campus


*the volunteer activity and the museum tour will take place between 10:00 and 13:00


Please register via Eventora, by Wednesday, December 14. The registration is mandatory, since there is a limit to the number of people that can participate.
