Cancellation of Registration

A processing fee of 15% will be charged for cancellations received until 14 October 2026.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after 15 October 2026 or for no-shows.

Name Changes / Substitutions

Participant substitutions are permitted with an administrative fee of €50.00 for any changes.

Modification of Registration Details

Changes to registration details (invoice information, contact details, etc.) must be requested in writing to registration@medturtleconf.gr
Administrative fees may apply depending on the type of modification.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days and issued using the original method of payment. Any applicable bank charges shall be borne by the participant.
