Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Cancellation of Registration
- A processing fee of 15% will be charged for cancellations received until 14 October 2026
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after 15 October 2026 or for no-shows

- Participant substitutions are permitted with an administrative fee of 50,00€ for any changes
