How to Book Your Room

⚠️ Important: Select the hotel first Before choosing your dates, tick the "Select" checkbox next to Golden Coast Hotel & Resort, then click the "Reserve" button located immediately below the "Become a Sponsor" section.

Select your check-in and check-out dates and click "Search".
Click the green "Room Reservation" button.
Choose your room type and the number of rooms required.
Click "Next" on the right-hand side of the page.
Enter your personal details and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Room Types

Single Room: For one guest.

Double Room: For two guests, with one double bed.

Twin Room: For two guests, with two separate single beds.

Shared Twin Room: Book one bed in a twin room shared with another conference participant. Select one guest and enter only your own details. To share with someone you already know, book a Twin Room for two guests.

Need a Triple Room?
For a triple-occupancy family room, please contact registration@medturtleconf.gr .

Children Policy
Two adults and one child up to 12 years old are accommodated at the double-room rate. Children aged 12 and above are charged according to the standard triple-room rate.

Scientific conferences should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.

The Conference venue is the 4-star Golden Coast Hotel & Resort, located right next to the Marathon beach and overlooking the blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Built in a traditional Greek architectural style and nestled within lush Mediterranean gardens, the hotel provides a perfect venue in tranquil surroundings for our gathering.

Cancellation & Modification Policy
Please note that if your room reservation is not completed by 10 October 2026, availability at the hotel venue cannot be guaranteed.
