Members of the International Steering Committee and the International Scientific Committee can register with the early bird student registration fee.

Please note:

For each selected paper to be included in the Proceedings, at least one author should cover full / student registration fee, before the indicated deadline.

For each paper to be presented in the Conference, at least one author should cover full / student registration fee.

Each author can register for up to two papers.

Selected papers will be published in Springer's Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) proceedings with the following volume numbers: CCIS 961, CCIS 962, after reviewers' acceptance if submitted before the scheduled deadlines. The aforementioned volumes will be available online for 4 weeks following the Conference (before the 15th of December). Additionally, selected papers will be published in Scientific Journals in the field of Cultural Heritage Preservation.
