Alba & Deree Graduate Commencement 2026

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

Please adhere to the following guidelines regarding the registration:

1. Register a maximum of six (6) guests by selecting dedicated seats from the relevant seating plan. No full names are requested. Please ensure you carefully read the seating plan and select adjacent seats in respective rows.
2. Register one (1) car, if needed, and include the car license plate. Please note that only one (1) car is assigned to each graduating student and their guest(s).
3. Upon completion of the full registration process, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email with the QR code(s) for the guest(s) and the car.
4. The QR code is unique and non-transferrable.
5. The QR code will be scanned upon entrance to the premises and is valid for a single entry only.
6. Please forward the QR code(s) to the respective guest(s) and the car driver for the car entrance.
7. To avoid congestion, the car QR code must be readily available for display at the main entrance gate, either in digital or printed form.
8. The personal QR code(s) will be scanned before entering the ACG Stadium, either in digital or printed form.
9. In case of rain, the Commencement ceremony will be held at the Deree Gym and you will be notified 24 hours prior to the event with instructions. Your guest(s) QR code(s) will be scanned before entering the Deree Gym. Due to limited venue capacity, only two (2) of your guests will be allowed at the Deree Gym so please discuss with your guests who will be allowed to attend the ceremony in person. Kindly note that the rest will have the option of watching it via livestream.
10. The American College of Greece adheres to sustainability best practices. In this context, we advise you and your guests to please bring your own bottle of water, use the recycling bins available on campus, and strictly refrain from all types of smoking, both indoors and outdoors.
