The Hellenic Initiative Careers & Employability Fair

The THI Careers & Employability Fair is an event dedicated to workforce development, job creation, reskilling, and skills matching in Greece. Built around THI-supported programs – ReGeneration, Odyssea, and SEV Skills4Jobs – the Fair brings together young professionals, program alumni, employers, HR leaders, educators, policymakers, and THI’s leadership.

The day is organized around 2 complementary pillars, running sequentially:

Morning Program| 08:30–13:15
Careers Forum & Leadership Discussions

Keynotes, leadership panels, and moderated conversations focused on the Greek labor market, youth employability, reskilling, AI and the future of work, and reversing the brain drain. 

Afternoon Program | 13:15–16:00
Careers Activation & Employer Engagement

Hands-on workshops, speed interviews, career coaching, and live skills demonstrations.

• The event will take place at the ACG Events Hall on the campus of The American College of Greece (6 Gravias Street, Agia Paraskevi, 15342).
  Access to the ACG Events Hall is via the Deree–ACG Library.
• Please note that Deree examinations will be taking place during this period, and students will be studying and working in the library. We kindly ask all guests to move discreetly and maintain silence in shared areas.
• Food and beverages in open containers are not permitted in the library. Guests may use the Library Café, located on the main level, for refreshments.
• Thank you for refraining from smoking or vaping anywhere on campus.
• Parking is available on campus, subject to availability.
