ADMISSION POLICY:

· The DEFEA Conference is addressed exclusively to the armed forces, security forces, defense-related industry, national security, government officials, institutions, academia, and senior industry executives.

· Attendance at the conference requires completion of the registration process and payment.

· Access is prohibited for individuals under the age of 18.

· All attendees must adhere to a business or service attire dress code.

· The organizers reserve the right to reject registrations and refuse entry to attendees.

· Entry regulations may be modified by the organizers for security reasons.

· By attending the event, you automatically consent to being photographed or filmed.

INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR REGISTRATION

·  Fill in the registration form carefully.

· The organisers will require up to two (2) working days to process each online application.

·  Upon approval you will receive an email with information and payment instructions. 

·  Upon payment you will receive a QR Ticket that is required to enter the conference.

·  QR tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable.

·  Holders must also carry their ID card/passport at all times.

·  It is recommended to use a business email.
