CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations should be submitted to the ECOCITY FORUM 2018 Secretariat (info@ecocity.gr)  

The registration of participation is binding.

• Until 31^st August, 50% refund of registration fees
• Until 15^th September 2018, 25% refund of registration fees
• After September 15^th, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration form (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference programme may be subject to changes.
