TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
In order for your participation to be considered valid and for the electronic ticket to be sent to you, you will have to pay the total cost of participation.
- All prices include 24% VAT
- Tickets must be prepaid
- Any cancellation of participation must be notified in writing
- For cancellations up to 7 working days before the conference, 30% of the ticket cost is charged and invoiced
- For cancellations made less than 7 working days before the conference, 100% of the ticket cost is charged and invoiced
