IBIA Annual Convention 2025

The IBIA Annual Convention 2025 is the premier global event for the bunker and marine fuels industry, taking place from 18 to 20 November in Hong Kong, during Hong Kong Maritime Week. This flagship event attracts senior decision-makers, innovators, and stakeholders from across the maritime energy supply chain, offering unparalleled opportunities for visibility, influence, and engagement.


Hosted at the prestigious Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, with networking and accommodation at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, the Convention features a full-day IBIA training course, a two-day conference, and high-level networking events.


In 2025, key themes will include market outlooks, regulatory developments, alternative fuels, and digital transformation. Sponsorship provides strategic brand alignment and targeted exposure to a curated global audience.


Key Dates:

  • 18 November: Full-Day IBIA Training Course
    Please note that registration for the IBIA Training is separate and not included in the IBIA Annual Convention delegate fee.
    Interested participants will need to register and pay for the training independently.

  • 19–20 November: One and a half day Conference Programme

Cancellation Clauses 

If an attendee upon written request timely received by IBIA cancels a booking 14 days or more London day and time before the day of the event, IBIA will refund by credit card credit, or bank transfer on written request received from the attendee 75% of attendee’s payment to IBIA for the event.  There will be no refund for any written refund request received by IBIA 13 days or less London day and time.  On written timely request received by IBIA, the attendee may also choose to have 100% of the attendee’s payment received, applied to a future IBIA event.

If IBIA cancels (and does not postpone or reschedule) the event, IBIA will by credit card credit or bank transfer on written request refund attendee’s payment to IBIA for the event.  On written timely request received by IBIA, the attendee may also choose to have 100% of the attendee’s payment received, applied to a future IBIA event of IBIA’s sole choice


Photography and videography
IBIA will be taking photos and videos at the IBIA Annual Convention 2025. These images may be used by IBIA in printed and digital media, including our website, our magazine, in press releases and marketing. They will be stored securely, in line with our Privacy Policy. If you would prefer not to be photographed or videoed, please email us at ibia@ibia.net.
