This session will look at the International Maritime Organization’s 0.50% global sulphur cap and how it is impacting the industry.

This session will look at the new fuels, fuel contamination issues and fuel testing as well as examine developments in different technologies.
SESSION THREE: WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD FOR THE REGIONAL BUNKERING MARKETS? THE POST 2020 BUNKER INDUSTRY
This session will look at the future of the bunkering landscape globally and regionally, focusing on the regional markets. It will focus on developments in the bunker markets, looking at how ports, stakeholders and companies are preparing for a post-IMO 2020 future.
SESSION FOUR: LEGAL, COMMERCIAL, AND OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
This session will look at the shift in credit and counterparty risk, operational considerations and the new legal landscape.
The Second Edition of the Americas Gas and Power Summit (AGPS 2019) will take place November 2019 in Panama, the regional hub for global for LNG and Energy. It has been developed as a platform for gas and power cooperation in the Americas with the participation of key regional and international stakeholders along the entire gas value chain.

IBIA Event Cancellation Policy & Refund:
If an attendee cancels a booking two weeks or more before the day of the event, cancellation charges will be 25% of the original invoice total. Cancelling two weeks or less before will forfeit any refund.
If IBIA cancels the event, IBIA Ltd will proceed with an automatic 100% refund process.
