Registration Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations must be electronically mailed at iclaf2024@eventure.gr :

  • Cancellations received until and including June 30, 2024 – full refund.
  • Cancellations received between July 1 until July 31, 2024 – 50% refund.
  • From August 1, 2024 – no refund will be made.

What do the tour fees include:
♦ Transportation (pick up from the venue or hotel accommodation, based on ICLAF's program).
♦ Professional English speaking tour guide (except the private cruise, where will be a local escort in Aegina).
♦ Entrance fees where applicable, except optional. 

Important Notes:
♦ Tours require a minimum number of 25 participants to be operated.
♦ Cruise requires a minimum number of 20 participants to be operated. 
♦ In case your choosen tour will not operate (e.g. due to weather conditions), an alternative option will be offered.
