Η αγορά εισιτηρίων δεν αφορά τα μελη του ΕΙΠΑΚ. Αυτά θα λάβουν δωρεάν ηλεκτρονική πρόσκληση.

Υπάρχουν δύο επιλογές συμμετοχής :

• Με φυσική παρουσία στο Συνέδριο (επιλέγετε το ticket "Συμμετοχή στο 3ο Συνέδριο Παθητικών Κτιρίων")

Όλοι όσοι θα κάνουν registration στο event με μια απο τις δύο επιλογές, θα συμμετέχουν σε κλήρωση για δύο δωρεάν συμμετοχές στο επόμενο σεμινάριο Certified Passive House Designer στην Ελλάδα. 

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ EVENT

Το Ε.Ι.ΠΑ.Κ προχωρά στη διοργάνωση της PASSIEXPO 2014,  που θα διεξαχθεί στις 13-14 Δεκεμβρίου 2014, στο Συνεδριακό Κέντρο του ΤΕΙ Πειραιά – Πέτρου Ράλλη και Θηβών 250, με κεντρικό μήνυμα:

« Passive House:  efficiency first»

Οι διήμερες εκδηλώσεις της  PASSIEXPO για το Παθητικό Κτίριο θα περιλαμβάνουν :

1η Μεσογειακή Συνάντηση Πρωτοβουλίας PHMed (13/12/2014)

Η Πρωτοβουλία PHMed συγκροτήθηκε τον περασμένο Απρίλιο στο Ααχεν με εκπροσώπους από την Πορτογαλία, την Ισπανία, τη Γαλλία, την Ιταλία, την Κροατία, τη Βουλγαρία, την Ελλάδα, την Τουρκία και την Κύπρο και με τη στήριξη του Γερμανικού Ινστιτούτου και της Διεθνούς Ομοσπονδίας, με την παρουσία του Καθηγητή Wolfgang Feist και στελεχών του PHI.

Σκοποί της Πρωτοβουλίας είναι:

• η πιο αποτελεσματική διάδοση του προτύπου στη Μεσόγειο,
• η ανάπτυξη συγκεκριμένων προϊόντων για παθητικά κτίρια στη μεσογειακή αγορά και η θεσμοθέτηση πιστοποίησής τους για τη συγκεκριμένη περιοχή
• η βελτίωση της εκπαίδευσης των μηχανικών και τεχνικών για το σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση των παθητικών κτιρίων με βάση τις τοπικές ανάγκες και κανονισμούς
• η θεσμοθέτηση πιστοποίησης προσωπικού, υλικών και κτιρίων προσαρμοσμένη στις απαιτήσεις του μεσογειακού κλίματος.

Το όλο γεγονός θα καλυφθεί τηλεοπτικά μέσω WebTV 

3ο Πανελλήνιο Συνέδριο (13-14/12/2014)

Με τη συμμετοχή των μελών του Ε.Ι.ΠΑ.Κ από όλη την Ελλάδα: Έλληνες και ξένοι καταξιωμένοι επιστήμονες θα παρουσιάσουν στοχευμένα παραδείγματα και στοιχεία  αποτελεσμάτων γύρω από το Παθητικό Κτίριο.

Το Συνέδριο επικεντρώνεται  σε πέντε κεντρικούς άξονες :

• Παθητικό κτίριο και «Εξοικονομώ κατ’ οίκον»: Βήμα προς βήμα υλοποίηση ρεαλιστικών πρακτικών εξοικονόμησης στα κτίρια με λογικές Παθητικού Κτιρίου.
• Η εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας στην τουριστική βιομηχανία: Τουριστικές υπηρεσίες και υποδομές με σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον και τον άνθρωπο.
• Mεγάλα Αστικά Ακίνητα και Παθητικό Κτίριο: Η πρόκληση του 2020 είναι μόλις πέντε χρόνια μακριά.
• Παθητικό κτίριο : Πόσο συμφέρει; Πώς το υλοποιώ; Ποιος χρηματοδοτεί; Υπεραξία – Απόδοση – Απόσβεση και Αειφορία.
• Παρουσιάσεις καλών πρακτικών στην Ελλάδα και την Κύπρο από μέλη του ΕΙΠΑΚ.

Έκθεση Παθητικών Συστημάτων (13–14/12/2014)

Με τη συμμετοχή των σημαντικότερων εταιρειών στον κλάδο των παθητικών συστημάτων δόμησης και των καινοτόμων τεχνολογιών ενεργειακής αποδοτικότητας, για κτίρια σχεδόν μηδενικής ενεργειακής κατανάλωσης.

Η έκθεση απευθύνεται σε όλους τους εμπλεκόμενους στον τομέα της κατασκευής κτιρίων (αρχιτέκτονες μηχανικούς, πολιτικούς μηχανικούς και μηχανολόγους μηχανικούς, κατασκευαστές, εταιρείες παραγωγής και εμπορίας παθητικών συστημάτων), φοιτητές, ερευνητές, ακαδημαϊκούς, αλλά και το ευρύ κοινό. Απευθύνεται, επίσης, σε εκπροσώπους τόσο του δημόσιου όσο και του ιδιωτικού φορέα που ενεργοποιούνται σε ζητήματα ενεργειακής πολιτικής. Τέλος απευθύνεται και στον επιχειρηματικό κόσμο που δραστηριοποιείται μέσω των κτιριακών υποδομών (τουρισμός, οικιστική ανάπτυξη, πολεοδομική ανάπτυξη).

H πρόσβαση στην έκθεση Passiexpo2014, όπως πάντα, θα είναι δωρεάν για όλους.

Η παρακολούθηση του συνεδρίου θα είναι δωρεάν για τα μέλη του ΕΙΠΑΚ και έναντι 50 ευρώ για όλους τους πολίτες.

The H.P.H.I. is organizing PASSIEXPO 2014 which will take place from 11 to 14 of December 2014, at the Conference Center of the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus – 250, Petrou Ralli & Thivon  str., with the following central message:

This four-day Passive House event, PASSIEXPO 2014, will include:

The International Seminar “Train-the-Trainer” (11-12/12/2014)

The seminar will be conducted in collaboration with the German Passive House Institute. The purpose of this seminar is to train and certify trainers for the implementation of Certified Passive House Designer Seminars and Exams in the Mediterranean region and elsewhere. The seminar will be held in English. Special invitations needed for this seminar via Passiv Haus Institut.   

The 1^st Mediterranean Initiative Meeting PHMed (13/12/2014)

The Initiative PHMed was formed last April in Aachen, within the framework of the 18^thInternational Passive House Conference, with representatives from Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey and Cyprus and the support of the German Passive HouseInstitute and the International Passive House Association.

This Initiative aims to:

• ·         the most effective dissemination of the PH standard in the Mediterranean region,
  
• ·         the development of specific products for Passive Houses in the Mediterranean market and to establish their certification for this region,
  
• ·         improve the education of engineers and technicians on the design and implementation of Passive Houses based on local needs and regulations,
  
• ·         establish the certification of staff, materials and buildings adapted to the requirements of the Mediterranean climate.
  

This first presentation of the PHMed initiative to the general Mediterranean public will include:

• ·         The first meeting of the initiative’s committee.
  
• ·         Presentations from all its members at the conference, at the presence (via Video) of professor Wolfgang Feist, head of the Passive House Institute,  of                         Susanne Theumer, responsible for the PHPP software development at the PHI, and of Benjamin Krick, responsible for the development of certificates for                   windows at the PHI.
  
• ·         A Press conference attended by representatives from all member states, as well as by representatives of the PHI.

 3^rd Hellenic Passive House Conference (13-14/12/2014)

Members of the H.P.H.I. from all around Greece will participate: distinguished Greek and foreign scientists will present targeted examples and data results on Passive Houses.

 The conference focuses on five main pillars:

• Passive House and “Save@Home” : a step by step implementation of realistic energy saving practices in buildings following the Passive House standard.
• Energy savings in the tourism industry: Tourist infrastructure and services with respect to the environment and humans.
• Big Urban Properties and Passive House: The 2020 challenge is just five years ahead.
• Passive House: Does it pay off? How do I implement it? Who will fund it? Added value - Efficiency – LifeCycle cost and Sustainability.
• Presentations of good practice in Greece and Cyprus from H.P.H.I.’s members.

The conference will be covered through WebTV.

Passive House Components Exhibition (13–14/12/2014)

The most important companies in the sector of Passive House building components and innovativeenergy efficiency technologies, designed for NZEB buildings, will participate in this exhibition.

The exhibition addresses to all parties involved in the building construction sector (architect engineers, civil engineers and mechanical engineers, manufacturers, companies producing and trading Passive House components), students, researchers, academics, as well as the general public. It also addresses to representatives of both public bodies and private entities involved in energy policy issues. Finally, it addresses to the business world active in building infrastructure (tourism, residential development, urban development).
