Event Speakers
Panayiotis Chormovitis, Deree '03 & '05, is Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte Greece, Strategy & Transactions Leader and Equity Partner. With almost 20 years of experience, he specializes in M&A (Corporate & Banking), having worked for both local and cross-border Transactions. Panayiotis holds an MBA (Class Valedictorian) and a Bachelor in Economics from The American College of Greece and he is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW). For Panayiotis, ACG is a channel to progress and doorway to success, while he always respects his professors to whom he owns his achievements.
Nick Koutris, Deree '07, is a sales leader consultant serving as a Senior Account Director at LinkedIn Corporate, specializing in driving sales growth for mid-market and enterprise companies. With extensive experience partnering with Fortune 100 companies across various industries and regions, he combines strategic account development, digital transformation expertise, and cutting-edge social selling techniques to deliver measurable outcomes. A thought leader in learning and development, Nick’s innovative approaches have been recognized globally, including achieving top sales rankings at LinkedIn. Holding a Master’s degree in Space Entrepreneurship and certifications in AI and cognitive technologies, Nick brings a dynamic perspective to the intersection of technology, strategy, and people-driven growth.
Agnes Mariakaki, Deree '81, Consumer psychologist & CEO of MindSearch, a consumer research company, since 1995, is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in research and facilitation, having conducted over 4,000 focus groups for more than 300 brands across 10+ countries. A certified Design Thinking and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, Agnes is also an accredited trauma and PTSD expert. Recognized by Google for their innovative "Questory" app, Agnes is the author of two bestselling books. Passionate about leadership and empowerment, Agnes serves on the Women in Business Board, contributing to meaningful initiatives and driving positive change in the business world.
Maria Olga Kalogeropoulou, Deree '04 & Alba '06, holds the position of People Director at Toyota Hellas, a member of the Inchcape Group. She has over 16 years of experience in HR, having served in roles such as Commercial HR Business Partner for Greece and Cyprus at Coca-Cola HBC, HR Generalist at Interamerican, and HR Assistant at Group Carrefour. She has proven expertise in HR Strategy, Change Management, Talent Management, HRIS, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, HR Metrics, Succession Planning, and People Management. She holds a degree in Psychology from the American College of Greece (Deree) and a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from ALBA. Maria has also served on the Board of Directors of the Greek People Management Association (GPMA) as elected Vice-President and Treasurer.
Leonidas Papadopoulos, is a visionary entrepreneur, venture builder, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, known for his expertise in scaling startups and driving innovation. As the Founder & CEO of Viable Innovation Hub, Leonidas has led over 50 startups from ideation to market. His strategic approach blends profitability with societal impact, making Viable a key player in the global startup ecosystem.
