In the context of February’s theme of the month, Storytelling, we have the opportunity to visit the new National Library of Greece (NLG) exhibition “Andreas Vourloumis: A Painter of Attica” and discover the stories told by the painter about Athens and the Athenian people through his works.

This retrospective exhibition, featuring 140 paintings and 80 drawings of landscapes, still life, indoor spaces, nudes, and portraits, approximately 160 of which had been unpublished and/or unknown to both experts and the public before, unfolds the creative course and personality of a sensitive painter who kept his style and themes unchanged over time.

SNFCC Members will have the opportunity to visit the exhibition in an exclusive guided tour led by Athena Kyriakodi, art historian and co-curator of the exhibition.
