SNFCC Members Off the Premises: EMST | “Meet the artist” with Maria Mavropoulou, and Guided Tour of the exhibition Modern Love with Katerina Gregos
On our 5th visual arts visit off the premises of the SNFCC, we are taking a tour of the group exhibition “Modern Love: Love in the Age of Cold Intimacies,” guided by the artistic director of the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Katerina Gregos.
Before our guided tour, we will meet ARTWORKS fellow Maria Mavropoulou, who participates in “Modern Love” with a work from her award-winning virtual reality series “Family Portraits.” With her we will discuss her work thus far, the primary media of her visual expression, and her specialization in architectural photography.
