SNFCC Members Off the Premises | Open-air Cinema: The Magic City at Cine Paris

Once again this summer, SNFCC Members get to enjoy open-air cinema! Under the Acropolis, we are meeting up at the historic Cine Paris movie theater, for a Greek Classics tribute curated by Cinobo. In July, we watch the film The Magic City by Nikos Koundouros (1954), a crown jewel of Greek filmography, with free admission for SNFCC Members.

The plot: Kosmas, a young man living in a slum, is constantly trying to make ends meet, hoping for a better fate. Because of his debts, he becomes embroiled in criminal activities, including smuggling. His morals are put to the test as he tries to find himself a way out.
