Return to Sender | SNFCC Μembers’ Last Look | Tour by Sunny Dolat

In September we welcome Sunny Dolat, member of the NEST collective for a last look and tour of the SNFCC’s major outdoor installation Return to Sender (RTS) before the completion of the exhibition. The custom-built pavilion made of bales of used clothing intended for recycling is a direct metaphor for a dystopian waste landscape. The installation addresses a major global environmental and political problem, the current reality in many African countries while it echoes the true breadth of the uncontrolled consumption in the Global North. An SNFCC- EMST co-production curated by Katerina Gregos.

Installation duration: 26 April - 30 September 2023

The event will start with the screening of the viewing of the video projection inside the installation - with Greek subtitles - and will be followed by the guided tour.

The tour will be conducted in English without interpretation.
