Spondi is currently the only fine dining restaurant in Greece awarded with 2 Michelin stars. Founded by Apostolos Trastelis in 1996 and, since then, with uninterrupted operation at a high level, it is among the top restaurants in the world, member of “Les Grandes Tables du Monde”, presenting a modern version of French cuisine. The head chef of Spondi Arnaud Bignon from France, and the Greek chef de cuisine Angelos Landos create dishes that ingeniously compose the elements of traditional French cuisine with modern techniques.
