How to Register for Your Accommodation Package

Use this form to book your official accommodation package for the 12th WIKF Global Cup 2026.

1. Register through the official online form

To book one of the standard accommodation packages, simply complete the official registration form on the event’s online platform. This form allows you to select your package, enter your details, and submit your booking easily.

The platform is available for individual bookings. We offer 4 different Package choices which are the following:

  • 3-Night Package
  • 4-Night Package
  • 5-Nights Package
  • 6-Nights Package

* In each package, you can book maximum 2 rooms.
* In case you wish to book more than 2 rooms for a specific package, please contact
  us offline at wikf.gr@renaissance-hellas.com
* In case you wish to book 2 different packages or more (for example: 3-Night & 4-Night), 
  you can book maximum 2 rooms for each package (for example: 2 rooms for 3-Night & 2 rooms for 4-Night)

Step 1: Choose Your Accommodation Package - Select one of the available Hotels and Nights packages from the list.

* IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you select a package and choose a specific room (or two rooms), then decide to return to the initial reservation page before completing your booking (by clicking the “Previous” button), a message will appear stating: “With this action, all the fields you have filled in in this step will be lost.” Please note that, depending on your browser, the information you previously entered may not actually be deleted. For this reason, we recommend carefully reviewing your reservation details before proceeding to checkout.

Step 2 — Booking Details

Enter the information requested, including:

  • Booking Contact Person Details (Primary Guest)
  • Guest Details for everyone staying in the room
  • Check in - Check out days.

Step 3 — Make Payment

Payments for online bookings are accepted by credit card only. Visa or Mastercard. (American Express is not accepted)

After payment, your reservation is automatically submitted to our team.

After You Register

You will receive a confirmation email with all your booking details.
