What do the registration fees include:

• Participation in all Scientific Sessions

• Refreshments as per times indicated in the programme

• Certificate of Attendance (send via email after the conference) 

Important Notes:

• Invoices should be requested with a VAT Number. The invoicing details and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process. Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your application.
• Eventure has been appointed as the official housing agent of ICLAF 2024.  A large number of hotel rooms are available, for 11-16/10/2024 - 05 overnights, at different locations in the city at competitive rates. For extra overnights, kindly contact us. 
  
• All inquiries will be addressed within 48hours.

Registration Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations must be electronically mailed at iclaf2024@eventure.gr :

• Cancellations received until and including June 30, 2024 – full refund.
• Cancellations received between July 1 until July 31, 2024 – 50% refund.
• From August 1, 2024 – no refund will be made.
